All Manager Are Human Resource Managers - 938 Words

â€Å"All managers are Human Resource (HR) manager† If I want to give any comments about this at first I have to give the answer whether it is true or false? Whenever we will go for answering this question we may not able to give it straightly. We have to study it and then after a certain period we must able to give the answer whether it is true or false. So for answering this question I have analyzed it and afterward I have reached a decision and my decision is that the statement is totally true. And the following I have tried hard to show the logic behind my answer. Why I have said that the statement is true? Managers’ basic function: We know that there are five certain basic functions are done by all managers of an organization. And†¦show more content†¦Placing the right person on the right job. 2. Starting new employees in the organization (orientation). 3. Training employees for jobs that are new to them. 4. Improving the job performance for each person. 5. Gaining creative cooperation and developing smooth working relationships. 6. Interpreting the company’s policies and procedures. 7. Controlling labor costs. 8. Developing the abilities of each person. 9. Creating and maintaining department morale. 10. Protecting employee’s health and physical condition. As we know that the above task are the job of human resource manager (HRM) but the responsibilities are taken by line manager. So what happened in the above? These are some tasks that should have been done by the human resource manager (HRM) but these are done by the line managers. It means line manager can performed the job of human resource managements’ (HRM) job so here he or she is also a Hunan resource manger HRM. So we can say â€Å"All managers are Human Resource (HR) manager†. So finally after discussing all the logic and all the things we may reach a decision that is â€Å"all managers are Human Resource (HR) manager†.
